A Poll Shows Brown Ahead

A new Suffolk University/7News poll shows Republican Scott Brown ahead of Democrat Martha Coakley 50 to 46.  The pollster describes it as within the margin of error, but representing a “a massive change in the political landscape.”  As CBS News reports:

While independents surveyed decidedly favor Brown (65 percent) over Coakley (30 percent), even 17 percent of Democrats reported they prefer Brown.

 That’s a pretty telling figure.  Let’s hope that the momentum continues this weekend…
